The CIRRA platform begins an extended validation phase alongside academic transcriptomics groups.
CIRRA, our flagship reasoning platform for circular RNA biomarker discovery, has entered an extended validation phase with a group of academic transcriptomics laboratories across the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
The purpose of this phase is not to demonstrate performance in the abstract, but to test whether CIRRA’s recommendations hold up under the scrutiny of working scientists. Each ranked candidate is presented alongside the evidence that supports it, so that collaborators can inspect, question, and reproduce every conclusion.
Validation of this kind is slow by design. We would rather establish scientific credibility carefully than claim it quickly. Findings from this phase will inform both the platform and the institution’s broader research agenda.
