A note from the founder
An independent lab for the molecular age.
ASR Lab exists because discovery is constrained less by data than by interpretation.
We are building reasoning systems that keep evidence, context and uncertainty attached to every conclusion. CIRRA is our first research programme.
We are early. CIRRA is in active development. We are not claiming validated results, clinical utility, or named partners yet. We will publish what we can prove, when we can prove it.

CIRRA is ASR Lab's flagship research programme. We are building it to rank circular RNA candidates by combining statistical signal with published mechanistic evidence, and to show the evidence behind each ranking.
What we are not claiming

- A production system.
- Named research partners or completed external validation.
- Results before we can publish the evidence.
